WE'RE HERE TO HELP

To establish descendancy, there are various steps, including a guideline on which documents are accepted in order to process the petition in the Family Courts of Japan. More info can be found under the RESOURCES section of this site, but basically, this is the process one will undergo:

  • Register with your local Nikkei-jin chapter.
  • Gather documents for submission.
  • Docs will be processed by PNLSC.
  • Interview and clarifications to follow.
  • Completion, whether approved or denied.
